Improvement Areas definition

Improvement Areas means, collectively, the Ashwaubenon Improvement Area and the Green Bay Improvement Area.
Improvement Areas means Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxx Xx. 0X xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxx Xx. 00X.
Improvement Areas means an Improvement Area or both Improvement Areas of the CFD, respectively.

Examples of Improvement Areas in a sentence

  • All Special Taxes and the proceeds of Improvement Area Bonds, if any, generated from the Initial Improvement Areas shall be utilized in accordance with and subject to the priorities and requirements established in Section 7 of the Amended DA.

More Definitions of Improvement Areas

Improvement Areas means, as the context requires, two or more of the Initial Improvement Areas, and any other Improvement Area.
Improvement Areas means Improvement Area A, Improvement Area B, Improvement Area C, Improvement Area D and/or Improvement Area E of the CFD.
Improvement Areas means Improvement Area A or Improvement Area B as identified on the Boundary Map.
Improvement Areas means, collectively, CFD No. 06-I Improvement Area A and CFD No.
Improvement Areas means a distinct portion of the District described by metes and bounds that will be developed in a similar timeframe.

Related to Improvement Areas

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Improvements shall have the meaning set forth in the granting clause of the Mortgage.

  • Carpet Area means the net usable floor area of an apartment, excluding the area covered by the external walls, areas under services shafts, exclusive balcony or verandah area and exclusive open terrace area, but includes the area covered by the internal partition walls of the apartment.

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas.
