Improvement definition

Improvement means the acquisition, construction, installation, or maintenance of any tangible property with an estimated useful life of five years or more including, but not limited to, the following:
Improvement means any enhancement, improvement or modification to the Licensed Technology or the Licensed Patent Rights.

Improvement means any modification, derivative work or improvement of any Technology.
