Improved Parcel definition

Improved Parcel means a lot or parcel that has been changed from its natural state by construction of a structure or other improvement on it that causes an impervious coverage of the soil.
Improved Parcel means a portion of land of any size, the area of which is determined by the assessor's maps and records and may be identified by an assessor's parcel number upon which a structure is located.
Improved Parcel means any parcel in Ross which has a structure on it suitable for human habitation.

Examples of Improved Parcel in a sentence

  • In the event any improved Parcel becomes subject to the terms of this Declaration subsequent to January 1 of any year, the annual assessment shall be prorated as of the date of issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy.

  • The term "improved Parcel" shall mean any Parcel (exclusive of Parcels upon which the Developer has constructed a model home) for which a Certificate of Occupancy for a single-family dwelling has been issued.

  • With respect to any special assessments, only those improved Parcels that are subject to the terms of this Declaration as of the date on which the Board of Directors of the Association levies the special assessment shall be liable for such special assessment, and such special assessment shall not be charged to nor be a lien against any improved Parcel subsequently made subject to this Declaration.

More Definitions of Improved Parcel

Improved Parcel shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5.2(b) hereof.

Improved Parcel means real property which has undergone an alteration from its original, natural state, including but not limited to; removal or relocation of native vegetation, mining and excavation, construction of infrastructure including utilities, canals, swales, roadways or paths, or construction of other permanent features or structures.
