Improper Action definition

Improper Action means any action by a director or employee that is undertaken in the performance of official duties, whether or not the action is within the scope of employment; and that:

Improper Action means the City Administrator being charged with a felony or crime involving moral turpitude or illegal discrimination under any federal, state or local law or as defined in the City of Fort Xxxxxx Municipal Code, Section 2-54.
