Importer of goods means a person importing goods into the country‘s territory, which is liable to pay the established import debt to the customers for the goods being imported or which would be liable to pay the import debt to the customs if import duties would be imposed on the goods being imported.AMENDED:By Law No. XII-2697 of 03 11 2016 (from 01 01 2017)
