Implementing Party definition

Implementing Party means any of the following: the Fiduciary Agent, a Participating Department, a Participating Municipality, or a Specialized Operator. “Implementing Parties” means collectively, all such persons.
Implementing Party means a person or a group of persons engaged in a construction work. This includes contractors, technicians, craftsmen and labourers.

Implementing Party an independent third party(ies) with whom SFPUC has contracted or otherwise engaged to implement the SEP. “SEP Completion Date” – the date in which the SEP will be completed in its entirety.
