Implementing Party means any of the following: the Fiduciary Agent, a Participating Department, a Participating Municipality, or a Specialized Operator. “Implementing Parties” means collectively, all such persons.

  • If the Implementing Party is allocating local funds towards Projects identified in Exhibit A, those expenditures shall be disclosed as part of its quarterly and annual reports.

  • Implementing Partner or “IP” means [full name of Implementing Partner, followed by address].
