Implementation Phase definition

Implementation Phase means the time during which a project is constructed or implemented. "Implementation phase" also includes the testing, inspection, adjustment, correction and certification of facilities and systems to ensure that the project performs as specified. The implementation phase begins with the notice to proceed for the construction contract and ends with final acceptance of the project, unless otherwise specified in grant or regulatory requirements.
