Implementation Board definition

Implementation Board means the body responsible for advising the Governing Committee, pursuant to this Interlocal Agreement.
Implementation Board means the implementation board of the Agency.

  • Notice as provided herein may be dispensed with as to any Governing Committee Member or Implementation Board Member, as applicable, who at or prior to the time the meeting convenes files with the Authority a written waiver of notice or who is actually present at the meeting at the time it convenes.

  • In the event that an existing Continuum of Care Board takes action to serve as the Authority’s Advisory Committee, the Implementation Board may confirm any or all of the members of the Continuum of Care Board as members of the Advisory Committee, or may appoint new members to the Advisory Committee as set forth in the Bylaws or policies approved by the Implementation Board.

  • Implementation Plan means the schedule included in the Statement of Work setting forth the sequence of events for the performance of Services under the Statement of Work, including the Milestones and Milestone Dates.

  • Architectural Review Committee or “ARC” shall mean the architectural review committee established by the Organization to review plans submitted to the Organization for architectural review.

  • Architectural Control Committee means and refer to that committee constituted under Article 4 hereof for the review of Development Plans (as hereinafter defined) and other functions.

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

  • Implementation Agreement means the Implementation Agreement dated ……… by and between the GOB, PGCB and the Company in connection with the Project, and also includes any amendment of it made from time to time;

  • Medical Board means the North Carolina Medical Board.

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
