Impact Level definition

Impact Level shall have the meaning as set out in HMG Security Policy Framework which can be found at xxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx/media/207318/hmg_security_policy.pdf "Information" has the meaning given under section 84 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000;
Impact Level means the nine categories into which Employees fall, based on the amount of their Salaries, as determined by the Company.
Impact Level means the twelve categories into which Employees fall, based on the Pay Grade classification of their designated Position, as determined by the Company. If the Impact Level of an Employee changes during a Plan Year, and if the Employee's Pay Grade changes as a result, such change shall be reflected in a proration of the Employee's bonus in accordance with the provisions of Section 6.4.

  • RBC level means an insurer's company action level RBC, regulatory action level RBC, authorized control level RBC, or mandatory control level RBC where:

  • Latest Level means, in respect of an Inflation Index, the latest level of such Inflation Index (excluding any "flash" estimates) published or announced by the relevant Inflation Index Sponsor prior to the month in respect of which the Substitute Index Level is being determined.

  • Pricing Level III shall exist on an Adjustment Date if the Consolidated Leverage Ratio for the relevant period is less than 3.00 to 1.00 but greater than or equal to 2.50 to 1.00.
