Immediate Report definition

Immediate Report means a report which is referred to in Section 30 of the Securities Regulations (Periodic and Immediate Reports) – 1970, regulations promulgated under the Securities Law.
Immediate Report. A report of the Company that is submitted in accordance with the provisions of the Securities Regulations (Periodical Reports and Immediate Reports of a Foreign Corporation), 5761-2001.

  • Final Report means the report described as a final report in 14 RCW 42.17.080(2).
