Image Rights definition

Image Rights means the right to exploit any image, for whatever purpose including promoting commercial interests, whether or not any such image contains the intellectual property of any entrant, team, driver, sponsor or third party.
Image Rights means those intellectual property rights belonging to an individual Player relating to his name, likeness, image, signature, logo, strapline, catchphrase, fame, notoriety, nickname(s), mannerisms, distinguishing characteristics and voice such rights arising out of or associated with personal appearances for the purposes described in this Schedule or otherwise relating to the Club . When referred to in the context of a team or squad, it means the collective Image Rights of the Players making up the team or squad, such collective Image Rights being vested in TER LLP in relation to England appearances. For the avoidance of doubt, subject to Clause 1.9 of this Schedule Image rights include Internet web site design and usage. Nothing in this Agreement shall have the effect of creating by contract or otherwise any performance rights individual to the Player in any sporting performance that is not provided for in English law.
Image Rights means all legally binding economic rights, pursuant to any Applicable Laws, relating to economic exploitation in any form and manner, relating to: the character, image, human and / or professional notoriety, present and future, image / portrait, the name and artistic pseudonym related to a Brand - as well as any registered trademarks associated with them - and in any case all other data, rights and identifying and evocative rights of the artistic character. For the avoidance of doubt, the Image Rights exclude, for the purposes of any Services, any moral right.

  • Commercial Rights Advertising Rights, Concession Rights, Hospitality Rights, Image Rights, Media Rights, Merchandise Rights, Promotional Rights, Sponsorship Rights, Travel and Tour Rights and any other rights of a commercial nature relating to the Competition.
