ILUA Area definition

ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

ILUA Area means the area described in writing in Schedule 2 being all of the land and waters shown on the map in Schedule 3.

ILUA Area means the area described in writing in Schedule 2 being all of the land and waters within the Claim Area shown on the map marked "ILUA Area" in Schedule 3 which does not overlap with any other native title claim.

Examples of ILUA Area in a sentence

• Area The land within the area shown on the map in Attachment 1, subject to the area being decreased under clauses 2.5 or 5.5. ILUA Area B The area marked as area B in the plan of the ILUA Area.

• Holders All persons who hold or may hold native title in the ILUA Area.

• Based Act Has the meaning in s24IB of the NTA, and to the extent they are not covered by that definition, includes the acts under the Comalco Act or the Comalco Agreement as they relate to the ILUA Area which are listed in Schedule 12.

• Application to the ILUA Area The provisions of Part 2 apply to the ILUA Area.

• When used in this Agreement, including the Recitals, the following terms will have the following meanings unless the subject or the context otherwise requires: Term Meaning … Additional Native Title The applicants in Non-conforming Applications or Parties Conforming Applications in respect of any part of the ILUA Area who as at the Commencement Date have not signed this Agreement.

ILUA Area means the area described in Schedule 1; Intermediate Period Act has the same meaning as in s 232A of the NTA; Land Agreement means a Land Agreement under Division 2 of Part 3 of the Traditional Owner Xxxxxxxxxx Xxx 0000 (Vic);
