Illicit traffic definition

Illicit traffic means the offences set forth in article 3, paragraphs 1 and 2, of this Convention;
Illicit traffic means cultivation or trafficking in drugs contrary to the provisions of this Convention.
Illicit traffic means manufacture of or trafficking in psychotropic substances contrary to the provisions of this Convention.
