Examples of Illegal Term in a sentence

  • If a Court determines any CONTRACT term to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable (“Illegal Term”), the legality of the remaining terms shall not be affected, and the Illegal Term will not be part of the CONTRACT.

  • If a Court determines any Contract term to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable (“Illegal Term”), the legality of the remaining terms shall not be affected, and the Illegal Term will not be part of the Contract.

Related to Illegal Term

  • Illegal Activity means the wilful possession of an illegal drug, dangerous object, or stolen item.

  • Illegal drug means a controlled substance; but does not include a controlled substance that is legally possessed or used under the supervision of a licensed health-care professional or that is legally possessed or used under any other authority under that Act or under any other provision of Federal law.

  • Illegal drugs means a controlled substance except for those legally possessed or used under the supervision of a licensed health-care professional or that is legally possessed or used under any other authority under the Controlled Substances Act or any other federal law.

  • Automatic Renewal Term has the meaning set forth in Section 10(a) hereof.

  • Renewal Period “Buyer” and “Default” have the same meanings respectively as they have in the Water Agreement.

  • Basic Term shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.2 of the Lease.

  • Renewal Date means the effective date of Renewal. The first Renewal Date shall be the date as specified in the Policy Schedule (which shall not be later than the first anniversary of the Policy Effective Date) and the subsequent Renewal Date(s) shall be the anniversary(ies) of the first Renewal Date. The relevant Renewal Date shall be specified in the notification of Renewal in accordance with Section 3 of Part 4.

  • Partial Termination has the meaning set forth in the Section 6.3(a).

  • Illegality Event means that:

  • Additional Term shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.

  • Term Expiration Date means the earlier of (i) the date that is thirty (30) years after the Term Commencement Date; provided that if such date occurs within an NFL Season or within thirty (30) days following an NFL Season, such date shall be automatically extended to the date that is thirty (30) days following the end of such NFL Season, as applicable, or (ii) the date on which the Stadium Lease is terminated pursuant to the express rights and terms of the Stadium Lease.

  • Illegal use of drugs means the use of drugs, the possession or distribution of which is unlawful. Such term does not include the use of a drug taken under the supervision by a licensed health care professional.

  • Illegal product means any product derived in whole or in part from illegal oil or illegal gas.

  • Extension Term means the time period defined in §2.C.

  • Illegal oil or "illegal gas" means oil or gas that has been produced from any well

  • Extended Termination Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(c).

  • Initial Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(a).

  • Optional Termination Date Any Distribution Date on or after which the Stated Principal Balance (after giving effect to distributions to be made on such Distribution Date) of the Mortgage Loans is less than 10.00% of the Cut-off Date Balance.

  • Rental Period means the calendar period during which Government property is made available for nongovernmental purposes.
