Illegal Substances definition

Illegal Substances means alcohol, narcotic drugs, inhalants, stimulants, depressants, hallucinogens, marijuana, synthetic marijuana, bath salts, cocaine, heroin, steroids, look-alike drugs, over the counter substances, and any substances commonly referred to as designer drugs (ecstasy, ketamine, methamphetamines) or other illegal substances.
Illegal Substances means any substance, matter, article, good or thing, the possession of which is unlawful or illegal, or requires a special license, permit or authorization;
Illegal Substances means alcohol, controlled substances (except for those legally possessed or used under the supervision of a licensed health-care professional, or those legally possessed or used under any other authority under the Controlled Substances Act or any other federal or New York State law), inhalants, marijuana, cocaine, LSD, PCP, amphetamines, heroin, steroids, look-alike drugs (including synthetic cannabinoids), prescription or over-the-counter drugs when possession is unauthorized or when such are used or shared with others, and any substances commonly referred to as “designer drugs”.

Illegal Substances means substances such as, but are not limited to, inhalants, marijuana, synthetic marijuana or cannabinoids, including but not limited to items labeled as incense, herbal mixtures or potpourri, cocaine, LSD, PCP, amphetamines, heroin, steroids, look-alike drugs, bath salts, and any substances commonly referred to as “designer drugs”.
Illegal Substances means any substance, matter, article, goood or thing, the possession of which is unlawful or illegal or require a special license permit or authorization. 1.1.7 "Parcel" means a package of goods or documents to be collected, transported and delivered by Freightworx on the customer's instructions; 1.1.8 "Schedule" means the schedule of information to which this agreement is attached; 1.1.9 "Sender" means the person from whom a consignment parcel is to be collected by Freightworx; 1.1.1.0 "Service" means the collection, transportation and delivery of consignments by Freightworx on the Customer;s instructions; 1.1.1.1 "Freightworx" means Freightworx, Registration no. 1999/063986/23 and includes its employees, agents and subcontractors, where appropriate in the context; 1.1.1.2 "Tariff Schedule" means Freightworx's schedule of tariffs of fees, surcharges and other charges in respect of its various service offerings that is in force from time to time. Illegal Substances means chemical substances that have been identified in State and Federal statutes as illegal. For the State of Utah and City, this includes, without limitation, cocaine and its derivatives, amphetamines, heroin, natural and synthetic hallucinogens and marijuana.
Illegal Substances refers to any narcotic or drug that is illegal in both the United States, Canada, or in the local country hosting Venture Within Programs.

  • Regulated Substances means any pollutant or contaminant, waste, material, compound, chemical or substance regulated under Environmental Laws, including without limitation, petroleum or petroleum-derived products, asbestos containing material, toxic mold, radon gas or off-specification drywall or wallboard.

  • Chemical substance means a substance intended to be used as a precursor in the manufacture of a controlled substance or any other chemical intended to be used in the manufacture of a controlled substance.   • Hazardous Substances means any toxic or hazardous substances, materials, wastes, contaminants or pollutants, including asbestos, PCBs, petroleum products and byproducts, and any substances defined or listed as "hazardous substances," "hazardous materials," "hazardous wastes" or "toxic substances" (or similarly identified), regulated under or forming the basis for liability under any applicable Environmental Law.

  • Controlled substance means a controlled substance in schedules I through V of Section 202 of the Controlled Substances Act (2l U.S.C. 8l2) and as further defined in regulation at 2l CFR l308.ll-l308.l5.

  • Hazardous Substance Activity means any activity, event, or occurrence involving a Hazardous Substance, including, without limitation, the manufacture, possession, presence, use, generation, transportation, treatment, storage, disposal, Release, threatened Release, abatement, removal, remediation, handling of or corrective or response action to any Hazardous Substance.

  • toxic substances as defined by the Toxic Substances Control Act, as amended from time to time (“TSCA”), (4) “hazardous materials” as defined by the Hazardous Materials Transportation Act, as amended from time to time (“HMTA”), (5) asbestos, oil or other petroleum products, radioactive materials, urea formaldehyde foam insulation, radon gas and transformers or other equipment that contains dielectric fluid containing polychlorinated biphenyls and (6) any substance whose presence is detrimental or hazardous to health or the environment, including, without limitation, microbial or fungal matter or mold, or is otherwise regulated by federal, state and local environmental laws (including, without limitation, RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA, HMTA), rules, regulations and orders, regulating, relating to or imposing liability or standards of conduct concerning any Hazardous Materials or environmental, health or safety compliance (collectively, “Environmental Requirements”). As used in this Contract: “Release” means spilling, leaking, pumping, pouring, emitting, emptying, discharging, injecting, escaping, leaching, dumping or disposing.

  • Extremely Hazardous Substance has the meaning set forth in Section 302 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986, as amended.
