  • The license to the Software is not dependent on the provision of IFS Cloud Services, which license is granted on a stand-alone basis on the applicable license terms and conditions.

  • Additional Provisions for IFS Cloud ServicesReleases and UpdatesIn order to assure the continuity of the IFS Cloud Services, a customer is required to remain up to date with Service Updates, and IFS Cloud Service customers must be on a Current Release and no more than three (3) Service Updates behind the latest Service Update.

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Company Services means any services (including but not limited to technical and product support, technical advice, underwriting and customer services) supplied by the Company or its Affiliates in the specialty property and/or casualty insurance business.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.
