IFA Bonds definition

IFA Bonds means the bonds, notes or other obligations, including Draw Down Bonds, GANS, issued by IFA for the Rail Projects described in Section 5.2, including bonds, notes or other obligations issued to refund or refinance such bonds, notes or other obligations.
IFA Bonds means the Indiana Finance Authority Environmental Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2009C (Duke Energy Indiana, Inc. Project), in an aggregate principal amount of $50,000,000, issued under and pursuant to the IFA Indenture.
IFA Bonds means those certain Pollution Control Revenue Refunding Bonds (Commonwealth Edison Company Project) Series 2005 issued in the original aggregate principal amount of $91,000,000 under and pursuant to the terms of the IFA Indenture.

Examples of IFA Bonds in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding Section 10.6, the Parties are entitled to seek injunctive relief for specific performance of any obligation set forth in this Governance Agreement, provided: such injunctive relief or specific performance relief is timely sought so as to not result in prejudice to the other Parties; and the IFA and RDA are entitled to pursue any remedies needed to protect the payment of the IFA Bonds.

  • The cost of effort is Ψ(e), which is an increasing and strictly convex function with lime→∞ Ψj(e) = ∞.

  • At the time of the execution of each IFA-RDA Lease and the issuance of any IFA Bonds, IFA shall deliver copies of those documents to the Deposit Trustee and a schedule of the Lease Rentals to be due under such Lease.

  • When interest is due and payable as described above, interest on the bonds of this Series shall be payable at the same time as interest on the IFA Bonds and upon maturity, redemption, or acceleration of the bonds of this Series, subject to Section 2.04 of the Supplemental Indenture.

  • The bonds of Series 2005 shall be issued, delivered, and pledged to, and registered in the name of, the trustee under the IFA Indenture in order to secure and provide for, and as collateral security for, the due and punctual payment of the principal, premium, if any, and interest due from time to time on the IFA Bonds.

  • Upon IFA and RDA approval, IFA shall submit NICTD's request for payment, along with RDA/IFA Project Costs, to the Deposit Trustee under the Revenue Trust Fund Agreement to issue payment in accordance with the procedures for disbursement of funds as provided in the Revenue Trust Fund Agreement and the documents for the IFA Bonds and in accordance with the applicable Financing Plan.

  • To the extent provided in the Governance Agreement, upon the later of the termination of the Governance Agreement and the final and full payment of all IFA Bonds, this Ground Lease shall terminate.


More Definitions of IFA Bonds

IFA Bonds means one or more series of bonds, notes or other similar obligations issued under IC 5-1.3-1 et seq. to finance or refinance all or a portion of the costs for the Rail Project;
IFA Bonds means one or more of the series of IFA Appropriation Bonds, IFA RDA Member Bonds, the IFA Available Revenues Bonds, and XXXX and any such bonds issued to refund IFA Bonds.
IFA Bonds means one or more series of bonds, notes or other similar obligations issued under IC 5-1.3, as amended, to finance or refinance all or a portion of the costs for the Rail Project.
IFA Bonds means the Illinois Finance Authority Recovery Zone Facility Bonds (Navistar International Corporation Project) Series 2010 in the aggregate principal amount of $135,000,000.
IFA Bonds means the Indiana Finance Authority Environmental Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2009A-1 (Duke Energy Indiana, Inc. Project), in an aggregate principal amount of $44,025,000, issued under and pursuant to the IFA Indenture.

Related to IFA Bonds

  • Series A Bonds means the Series A Senior Secured Nuclear Asset-Recovery Bonds issued by the Issuer on June 22, 2016.

  • Bank Bonds means any Bonds purchased with moneys received under the Letter of Credit in connection with a Liquidity Drawing and held by the Tender Agent, or its agent, in each case, for the account of the Issuing Bank.

  • Prior Bonds means the assessment bonds that are refunded in part or in whole by refunding assessment bonds.

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority Refunding Revenue Bonds (Thomas Health System, Inc.), Series 2020 A to be issued as a combination of tax-exempt and taxable non-rated fixed rate bonds by the Issuer, subject to its authority and discretion, in the aggregate principal amount of $60,100,000, to (i) refund and retire the Series 2008 Bonds at a discount to the current par amount outstanding, (ii) fund a debt service reserve fund for the Series 2020 Bonds, (iii) fund the Operating Reserve Fund, if necessary, as described in Article IV.C.1 of the Plan and (iv) finance costs of issuance of the Series 2020 Bonds.

  • School Bonds means School Obligations issued as Bonds.

  • Series 2019 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2019A Bonds and the Series 2019B Bonds.

  • Bonds means any bonds (including refunding bonds), notes, interim certificates, certificates of indebtedness, debentures or other obligations.

  • Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture.

  • Option Bonds means Current Interest Bonds, which may be either Serial or Term Bonds, which by their terms may be tendered by and at the option of the Owner for purchase prior to the stated maturity thereof.

  • Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.

  • Outstanding Bonds means any Bonds not redeemed or otherwise discharged.

  • Replacement Bonds means Bonds issued to the Beneficial Owners of the Bonds in accordance with Section 210 hereof.

  • Existing Bonds means the following obligations of Seller:

  • Term Bonds means Bonds that mature on one date and that are subject to mandatory redemption from Amortization Installments or are subject to extraordinary mandatory or mandatory redemption upon receipt of unscheduled Pledged Revenues.

  • Serial Bonds means Bonds (other than Term Bonds) that mature in annual or semi-annual installments.

  • Series 2015 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2015B Bonds, Series 2015C Bonds and Series 2015D Bonds.

  • Pledged Bonds means any Bond at any time purchased, in whole or in part, with the proceeds of a draw on the Letter of Credit upon tender of such Bond and held by the Trustee as nominee for the Bank pursuant to the provisions of Section 305 of the Indenture.

  • Corporate Bonds means a debt obligation of a United States-chartered corporation with a maturity date greater than 270 days, which may be interest-bearing or discount-purchased.

  • Previously Issued Bonds means all Bonds that have been issued by CFD No. 2001-1 prior to the date of prepayment.

  • Surety Bonds means surety bonds obtained by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary consistent with market practice and the indemnification or reimbursement obligations of the Borrower or such Restricted Subsidiary in connection therewith.

  • Convertible Bonds means the $450,000,000 1.875 per cent senior unsecured guaranteed convertible bonds due 2025 and issued by NMC Health (Jersey) Limited, including the transactions contemplated under the Transaction Documents (as defined in the Convertible Bond Trust Deed);

  • Refunding Bonds means Bonds issued pursuant to provisions of this Master Indenture, the proceeds of which are used to refund one or more Series of Outstanding Bonds.

  • Refunded Bonds means the portion of the $2,348,000 of the Series B Bonds now outstanding that are stated to mature on December 1 in each of the years 2021 and 2022 that is to be refunded by the Bonds, as determined by the Fiscal Officer and specified in the Certificate of Award at the time of the sale of the Bonds in accordance with Section 2, and may include all of those Original Bonds.

  • Covered Bonds means any and all the covered bonds (obbligazioni bancarie garantite) issued or to be issued by the Issuer pursuant to the terms and subject to the conditions of the Programme Agreement.

  • Municipal Bonds means "Municipal Bonds" as defined in the Corporation's Registration Statement on Form N-2 (File No. 333-_____) relating to the AMPS on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission, as such Registration Statement may be amended from time to time, as well as short-term municipal obligations, High Yield Municipal Bonds and Inverse Floaters.

  • Treasury Bonds means United States Treasury Bonds or Notes.
