IDX Data definition

IDX Data means, and is restricted to, a subset (selected by San Diego MLS) of the listing data in San Diego MLS’s database in which various broker Participants have given San Diego MLS permission to disseminate to other participating broker Participants for the purpose of Internet display on web sites of those broker Participants who have agreed to participate in the IDX program.
IDX Data means, and is restricted to, a subset (selected by FAR) of the listing data in FAR’s database in which various Broker Participants have given FAR permission to disseminate to other participating Broker Participants for the purpose of Internet display on web sites of those Broker Participants who have agreed to participate in the IDX program.
IDX Data means, and is restricted to, a subset (selected by Sandicor) of the listing data in Sandicor’s database in which various broker Participants have given Sandicor permission to disseminate to other participating broker Participants for the purpose of Internet display on web sites of those broker Participants who have agreed to participate in the IDX program.

Examples of IDX Data in a sentence

  • Nothing herein shall constitute a transfer of title to the IDX Data.

  • The MLS shall have no liability for inaccuracies in the IDX Data or the Subscriber Data.

  • Multiple Listing Service, its member firms or affiliated agents for the purpose of facilitating the display of IDX Data on their web sites.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, You hereby acknowledge and agree that You and Vendor shall have no right to retain or use any IDX Data except as provided herein and in conjunction with the Rules.

  • Realcomp shall have no liability for inaccuracies in the IDX Data or the Subscriber Data.

  • You shall take or cause Vendor to take reasonable technical security measures to protect the IDX Data against unauthorized use, copying or distribution including, without limitation, taking reasonable measures to prevent the IDX Data from being mechanically harvested, “scraped” or otherwise copied.

  • You will also list any affiliated Agents for whom You wish to publish or wish Vendor to publish IDX Data below.

  • You agree to reproduce or to cause Vendor to reproduce all such Manipulations each and every time You or Vendor make the IDX Data available to the public.

  • MLS shall have no liability for inaccuracies in the IDX Data or the Participant Data.

  • San Diego MLS hereby grants to You, and Vendor if applicable, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, a nonexclusive license to access, download and publish on the Internet, in whole or in part, the IDX Data during the Term only on behalf of You and Your affiliated Agents if applicable.


More Definitions of IDX Data

IDX Data means all active and contingent listings of IDX Members, except those listings where the seller has prohibited display on the Internet.
IDX Data means all or any part of the subset of active listings extracted by KWAR from the Listing(s) (which may include, among other things, photos, virtual tour links, etc., as may be determined at the discretion of KWAR from time to time) provided by Participating IDX Data Subscribers and Brokerages and compiled and aggregated into the IDX Database and which information can be accessed by other Participating IDX Data Subscribers through the IDX System, and includes information transmitted through an IDX Datafeed, all of which may be determined at the exclusive discretion of KWAR from time to time.
IDX Data means, and is restricted to, a subset (Elected by (ICAOR) of the listing data in the ICAOR’s database in which various Broker Participants have given ICAOR their permission to disseminate to other participating Broker Participant for the purpose of Internet display on websites of those Broker Participating who have agreed to participant in the IDX program. Furthermore, CONSULTANT may only obtain data from ICAOR’s MLS provider unless specifically given written permission to obtain data from other ICAOR programs or sources.
IDX Data means the IDX Listing Content, as defined in the Rules, available for use on the Site(s).
IDX Data means MLS or ICX data, which is made available by CREA through the REALTOR.ca and ICX.CA pages and websites to IDX Participants from time to time to display on IDXs.

Related to IDX Data

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.

  • Regulatory Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing, and control data, preclinical data, clinical data or all other documentation submitted, or required to be submitted, to Regulatory Authorities in association with regulatory filings for the Product in the Field (including any Drug Master Files (DMFs), Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (“CMC”) data, or similar documentation).

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • input data means data provided to or directly acquired by an AI system on the basis of which the system produces an output;

  • Third Party Data has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Raw Data means the primary quantitative and empirical data first collected from experiments and clinical trials conducted within the scope of this CRADA.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Your Data means all electronic data or information submitted by You to the Purchased Services.

  • Third Party Materials means any materials and information, including documents, data, know-how, ideas, methodologies, specifications, software, content, and technology, in any form or media, in which any Person other than the State or Contractor owns any Intellectual Property Right, but excluding Open-Source Components.

  • Client Materials means the CLIENT Development Materials and the CLIENT Production Materials.

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the Court Materials or Confidential Information.

  • Pseudonymous data means personal data that cannot be attributed to a specific natural person

  • Patient Data means any electronic data, information or material about a Patient entered into the Software.

  • Third Party Material means software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques owned by, or licensed to a third party and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;

  • Health data means data related to the state of physical or mental health of the data principal and includes records regarding the past, present or future state of the health of such data principal, data collected in the course of registration for, or provision of health services, data associating the data principal to the provision of specific health services.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • Development Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing and control data, preclinical data, clinical data and all other documentation (including raw data) compiled, developed or generated with respect to the Compound or Product.
