Identity Standards means the guidelines agreed to by the Parties from time to time as described in Section 2.4.1, which Licensee shall follow when using the Licensed Marks.

  • On all visible Packaging and advertising, the Licensed Trademarks shall be emphasized in relation to the surrounding material, and any use of the Licensed Trademarks shall conform to Licensor’s Corporate Identity Standards, which shall be provided from time to time by Licensor to Licensees.
