Identity as a Service definition

Identity as a Service means Entrust’s Identity as a Service cloud-based platform.

  • Termination of these ID Proofing Special Terms will not necessarily result in termination of the entire Agreement (e.g. if Customer has an Identity as a Service subscription then the IDaaS Schedule and the applicable Order may still be active).

  • MSP will be solely responsible to provide First Line Support (as defined in the MSP Support Terms and Conditions (Identity as a Service) referenced at the aforementioned link) to its Tenants.

  • Termination of this Schedule will not necessarily result in termination of the entire Agreement (e.g. if Customer has an Identity as a Service subscription then the Terms of Service and the applicable Order may still be active).

  • Subject to the terms of this XXXX, this XXXX shall continue for as long as Licensee uses the Extension Software; however, it will terminate, without notice from Entrust, if (i) Licensee fails to comply with any of the XXXX terms and conditions, (ii) Licensee’s Identity as a Service subscription expires or is terminated, or (iii) Licensee’s licensed rights to the Splunk Software expire or are terminated.

  • These Identity Proofing Special Terms and Conditions (“ID Proofing Special Terms”) are attached to the Entrust Identity as a Service Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”), and contains the terms and conditions that govern access to and use of Identity Proofing (as defined herein).

Related to Identity as a Service

  • Software as a Service or “SaaS” means a licensing delivery model wherein software or other hosted services are licensed on a subscription basis, centrally hosted, and remotely accessed by users.

  • Fire Service means any deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to extinguish a fire or perform any preventative measure in an effort to protect equipment, life, or property in an area threatened by fire. It also includes the deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to provide fire suppression, rescue, extrication, and any other services related to fire and rescue as may occasionally occur.

  • broadcasting service means a radiocommunication service in which the transmissions are intended for direct reception by the general public. This service may include sound transmissions, television transmissions or other types of transmission.

  • Testing service means a national testing service selected by the board.

  • Service Session means a sequence of support activities and tasks carried out remotely to collect further information by interview or by analysis of a Production System resulting in a list of recommendations. A Service Session could run manually, as a self-service or fully automated.

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

  • Enhanced 911 Service (“E911”) means a telephone communication service which will automatically route a call dialed “9-1-1” to a designated public safety answering point (PSAP) attendant and will provide to the attendant the calling party’s telephone number and, when possible, the address from which the call is being placed and the Emergency Response agencies responsible for the location from which the call was dialed.

  • Service Animal means an animal that is required by a person with a disability for assistance and is certified, in writing, as having been trained by a professional service animal institution to assist a person with a disability and which is properly harnessed in accordance with standards established by a professional service animal institution.

  • Medically Fit to Travel means based on assessment a Legally Qualified Physician has advised You, a Traveling Companion, Family Member or Business Partner booked to travel with You in writing that there is no medical condition, illness, Injury or Sickness that would likely interfere with a Trip at the time of purchase of Coverage for a Trip.

  • Eligibility Service of an employee means the period or periods of service credited to him under the provisions of Article II for purposes of determining his eligibility to participate in the Plan as may be required under Article III or Article VI.

  • Business owned by a person with a disability means a business concern that is at least 51% owned by one or more persons with a disability and the management and daily business operations of which are controlled by one or more of the persons with disabilities who own it. A not- for-profit agency for persons with disabilities that is exempt from taxation under Section 501 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is also considered a "business owned by a person with a disability".

  • Related Entity as used in this Invention and Patent Rights Article means a contractor, subcontractor, grantee, or other entity having a legal relationship with NASA or Partner assigned, tasked, or contracted with to perform activities under this Agreement.
