Identified Assets definition

Identified Assets means those assets of the Debtors’ estates identified on Schedule A hereto and any proceeds thereof.
Identified Assets mean the assets specified on Schedule 1.01B.
Identified Assets means the assets meeting the Eligibility Criteria which are identified in Exhibit C hereto as being the Collateral Assets as at the Funding Date.

Examples of Identified Assets in a sentence

  • All Company Properties, Non-Controlling Properties and the Identified Assets are reflected in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations of the SEC in the Annual Report in Form 10-K as of, and for the year ended, December 31, 2009 (the “Most Recent Statement”).

  • The Identified Assets are subject to no contracts, claims or liens other than as set forth in EXHIBIT 4.3.

  • On or prior to the Effective Date, the Spinco Identified Assets shall be contributed to Spinco.

More Definitions of Identified Assets

Identified Assets means the following –
Identified Assets means (1) the Shares of Capital Stock of International Holdings, (2) the shares of Capital Stock of Euroweb Romania held by Invitel ZRt and (3) the Shares of Capital Stock of Invitel International.
Identified Assets mean those assets listed on Schedule 11(b).
Identified Assets means the stores listed in Schedule A, applicable to New York, in Schedule B, applicable to California, Schedule C, applicable to Massachusetts, Schedule D, applicable to Pennsylvania, and Schedule E, applicable to Maryland. Included as “Identified Assets” in the case of each such store (except as may otherwise be provided herein) are all assets, leases, properties, rights, titles and interests in and to owned or leased real property, together with all appurtenances, licenses and permits, whether held unconditionally or through an option, agreement or other device. For the purposes of the Assurance, Identified Assets does not include inventory.
Identified Assets means any of the assets leased or otherwise made available to the Franchisee pursuant to this Agreement and the Rolling Stock Lease;
Identified Assets means the stores listed in Schedule A, applicable to Maryland, in Schedule B, applicable to New Jersey, in Schedule C, applicable to New York, in Schedule D, applicable to Pennsylvania, in Schedule E, applicable to Vermont, and in Schedule F, applicable to Virginia.
Identified Assets means those assets set forth on Schedule 6.9 hereof.
