Identification Period definition

Identification Period means with respect to each Group II Exchanged Vehicle transferred, the period beginning on the date such Group II Exchanged Vehicle is transferred and ending at midnight on the 45th day thereafter, irrespective of whether such day is a weekend day or a holiday.
