Identification Codes definition

Identification Codes means any personal identification number, username, or password used to authenticate your identity for the purpose of accessing your Account or utilizing the Service.

  • Qwest will also provide the one-time notification to WSP of the billing name, billing address and the Carrier Identification Codes (CIC) of the IXCs subtending any Access Tandems to which WSP directly connects.

  • Upon completion of your enrollment in Firstrust Online Banking and assignment of your Identification Codes and Passwords, Bank will provide you with access to your Commercial Accounts and the Services that you have selected.

  • You agree to immediately change your Password and notify Bank using the contact information in the Notices section of this Agreement in the event of loss or theft of your Identification Codes and Passwords, or if you believe the confidentiality of the Identification Code(s) and/or Password(s) has been compromised in any way, or in the event you learn about a possible or actual use of the Services by an individual who is not an Authorized Person.

  • If you believe for any reason that someone has learned your Identification Codes or Passwords, you must immediately notify Bank to effect a change in your credentials.

  • Bank is not responsible for any breach of security caused by your failure to maintain confidentiality of your Identification Codes and Passwords and to delete access to personnel who are no longer Authorized Persons.

  • All uses of the Services through Identification Codes and Passwords will be deemed to be authorized by and binding on the Business Customer.

Related to Identification Codes

  • Distribution Code means the Distribution Code required to be preparedby the Board pursuant to Section 33 of the Act, and approved by the Commission, as from time to time revised, amended, supplemented or replaced with the approval or at the instance of the Commission;

  • Baggage Identification Tag means a document issued by the carrier solely for identification of checked baggage, part of which is given to the passenger as a receipt for the passenger’s checked baggage and the remaining part is attached by the carrier onto a particular piece of the passenger’s checked baggage.

  • ISIN means International Securities Identification Number, being the identification number of the Bonds.

  • User Identification means any unique user name (i.e., a series of characters) that is assigned to a person or entity by the Insured.
