IDB Invest definition

IDB Invest means the Inter-American Investment Corporation, an international organization established by the Agreement Establishing the Inter-American Investment Corporation among its member countries as lender of the IDB Invest Loan.

IDB Invest s Loan Agreement” means that IDB Invest Loan Agreement to be entered into between the Issuer, IDB Invest (in its capacity as Lender of the Senior Loan of IDB Invest; in its capacity as a separate agent of IDB; and in its capacity as agent of IDB, the latter as administrator of the China Fund).

The term “SBIC Subsidiary” means a Wholly-Owned Investment Sub that is licensed by the Small Business Administration (the “SBA”) to operate under the Small Business Investment Act of 1958, as amended, (the “SBA Act”) as a small business investment company.
