ICT Systems definition

ICT Systems means a set-up consisting of hardware (the device), software (the system/program used), data and the people who use them.
ICT Systems means an ICT set-up as part of a mechanism or an interconnecting network that supports the operations of a financial institution.
ICT Systems means all computer, communications, data processing, electronic and electronic control systems (whether digital or analogue) used by the Company on the date of this Agreement for receiving, processing, storing or transmitting data or instructions, including all website, intranet and extranet files and connections, all computer-aided design and manufacturing equipment and all hardware, software and firmware components of all such systems; ‘Indemnity Claim’ means a claim under clause 16 or clause 17; ‘Integration’ means the Integration of the Company’s software into the systems of the Buyer’s Group; ‘Integration Period’ means the period during which the Parties shall work together to integrate the Company’s software into the systems of the Buyer’s Group; ‘Integration Services’ means the Services to be performed by Xxxxxxxx Xxxx on behalf of Bellsolve Limited as set out in Schedule 9;

ICT Systems means the computer, communications, data processing, electronic and electronic control systems (whether digital or analogue), including the website, intranet and extranet files and connections, the computer-aided design and manufacturing equipment and the hardware and software components of all such systems;

ICT Systems has the meaning given to it in Part G (Glossary) of Schedule 12 (Design Specifications). Term Meaning IL has the meaning given to it in Section 4.3 of Schedule 14 (Payment Schedule). Immediate Termination Event means any of the following events:

ICT Systems means without limitation, all computers, communications, electronic, data processing or cloud systems used by the Company or the User in relation to the use and/or provision of the Services;
ICT Systems means the hardware and software used in the framework of the Business, as well as all related documentation, contracts with sellers and other rights needed for the proper functioning of those systems;
