ICT Environment means the Contracting Bodies System and the Supplier System;

Implementation Plan means (if any) the plan specified in the CUSTOMER’s Order, and incorporated with Schedule 2-2, necessary to implement provision of the Ordered IT Solutions within their organisation. Indexing has the meaning ascribed to it in Schedule 2-3. Information has the meaning given under section 84 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
