ICO Agreement or “this ICO Agreement” means the agreement entered into between OpenNet and the Requesting Licensee on the terms and conditions specified in OpenNet’s approved ICO, which shall be in accordance with the requirements of the Code;

  • This Supplementary Agreement and the ICO Agreement shall be read and construed as one and the same document and this Supplementary Agreement shall be considered to be a part of the ICO Agreement.

  • Save as expressly amended and/or supplemented by this Agreement, or if the context requires otherwise, the terms of the Approved ICO (as may be amended from time to time, and including but not limited to Schedules 15, 16 and 18 of the Approved ICO) shall be incorporated herein and shall form part of this Agreement, with the necessary modifications for application to this Agreement instead of an ICO Agreement.

  • Save as expressly amended and/or supplemented by this Agreement, or if the context requires otherwise, the terms of the Approved ICO (as may be amended from time to time, and including but not limited to Schedules 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16 and 18) shall be incorporated herein and shall form part of this Agreement, with the necessary modifications for application to this Agreement instead of an ICO Agreement.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Service Schedule for L3 VPN Service of the ICO Agreement shall continue to apply to other Mandated Services acquired or to be acquired by the Contracting QP under the ICO Agreement.
