IBM SaaS definition

IBM SaaS means the application programming interfaces (API's) which provide Client with access to Content as described in the following IBM SaaS offerings (collectively, the “Weather Company Data Packages”). “Content” means weather data, both historical and forecasted, delivered via the IBM SaaS (including without limitation forecasts, maps, alerts and graphs) as described in these SaaS Specific Offering terms.
IBM SaaS means those IBM SaaS Products listed on Table 1 of this Transaction Document. You may deploy the IBM SaaS, as permitted, up to the maximum level of use authorizations (quantities) specified on Table 1.

Examples of IBM SaaS in a sentence

  • The amount payable for the IBM SaaS is specified in a Transaction Document.

  • Where applicable, taxes are based upon the location(s) Client identifies as receiving benefit of the IBM SaaS.

  • IBM will apply taxes based upon the business address listed when ordering an IBM SaaS as the primary benefit location unless Client provides additional information to IBM.

  • An Instance is access to a specific configuration of the IBM SaaS.

  • The term of the IBM SaaS begins on the date IBM notifies Client of their access to the IBM SaaS, as documented in the PoE.

  • Instance is a unit of measure by which the IBM SaaS can be obtained.

  • The IBM SaaS will remain available to the end of the calendar month after such 90 day period.

  • The PoE will specify whether the IBM SaaS renews automatically, proceeds on a continuous use basis, or terminates at the end of the term.For automatic renewal, unless Client provides written notice not to renew at least 90 days prior to the term expiration date, the IBM SaaS will automatically renew for the term specified in the PoE.For continuous use, the IBM SaaS will continue to be available on a month to month basis until Client provides 90 days written notice of termination.

  • IBM does so to gather usage statistics and information about effectiveness of our IBM SaaS for the purpose of improving user experience and/or tailoring interactions with Client.

  • An Engagement consists of professional and/or training services related to the IBM SaaS.

Related to IBM SaaS

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • SaaS means a licensing delivery model wherein software or other hosted services are licensed on a subscription basis, centrally hosted, and remotely accessed by users.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Alarm system means equipment and devices assembled for the purpose of:

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Managed Services means the services provided by a Client to End Users using the SaaS and Client’s intellectual capital and/or additional services supplied by Client.
