IAA Shipper definition

IAA Shipper means any person or entity that is for the time being entitled to access the Transportation Services pursuant to an IUK Access Agreement;
IAA Shipper means a person that has signed the Client’s IUK Access Agreement and the System User Agreement;
IAA Shipper means the Shipper or any other person who is for the time being entitled to receiveTransportation Services pursuant to an IUK Access Agreement;

  • The IAA Shipper shall not use any revenue or benefit derived from any activity or dealing with a Restricted Person in discharging any obligation due or owing to IUK.

  • This IUK Access Agreement, the IUK Access Code and the Capacity Transactions of the IAA Shipper (if any) together form a single agreement between IUK and the IAA Shipper (“Agreement”).

  • In each Month, IUK shall submit an invoice by no later than the tenth (10th) day to the IAA Shipper (either by the IUK Information System or otherwise) showing the Monthly Charge to be paid by the IAA Shipper for the immediately preceding Month and the amount of VAT payable (if any) in respect of each item in the invoice to which VAT applies.

  • O&M Contractor means the person, if any, with whom the Concessionaire has entered into an O&M Contract for discharging O&M obligations for and on behalf of the Concessionaire;

  • Gas Transporter means the licensed operator of the transportation network through which gas is transported to you;
