I - RECOGNITION. 1.1 The District recognizes the American Federation of Teachers Guild, Local 1931, AFL- CIO (“AFT Guild”), as the exclusive representative of unit members in the Office/Technical Unit of the San Diego Community College District in San Diego County in accordance with the certification issued by the Public Employment Relations Board November 17, 1998, Case No. LA-DP-318 pursuant to a Board-conducted secret ballot election, and as the exclusive representative of unit members in the Food Services Unit of the San Diego Community College District in San Diego County in accordance with the certification issued by the Public Employment Relations Board November 17, 1998, Case No. LA-DP-319 pursuant to a Board-conducted secret ballot election, and as the exclusive representative of unit members in the Maintenance & Operations Unit of the San Diego Community College District in San Diego County in accordance with the certification issued by the Public Employment Relations Board January 6, 2009, Case No. LA-DP-366-E pursuant to a Board-conducted secret ballot election.
I - RECOGNITION. A. The Board hereby recognizes the Association as the exclusive bargaining representative as defined in Section II of Act 336, Public Acts of Michigan for 1947 as amended by Xxx 000, Public Acts of Michigan for 1965 and later acts, for all full-time and regular part-time support personnel including bus mechanics, assistants, cooks, nurses, couriers, custodial/maintenance personnel, secretaries, clericals, mechanic helpers, and paraprofessionals, excluding teachers, supervisors, secretary to the superintendent, all central office employees, bus drivers, and substitutes. All personnel represented by the Association in the above-defined bargaining unit shall, unless otherwise indicated, hereinafter be referred to as "Employees", and references to male personnel shall include female personnel.
I - RECOGNITION. The employer, pursuant to a previous agreement dated November 2, 1970, hereby recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive negotiating representative of all certified professional employees as defined by K.S.A. 72-5413 Part C, under contract to U.S.D. #325.
I - RECOGNITION. 5 The BOARD hereby recognizes the Westwood Education Association (ASSOCIATION), an affiliate of the 6 Iowa State Education Association and the National Education Association as the certified, exclusive and sole 8 Instrument (Case No. 572) issued by the Public Employment Relations Board on the 8th day of March, 1976. The 9 unit described in such certification is as follows: 10 All full-time and regularly scheduled part-time professionally certified employees employed as 11 classroom teachers, special education instructors, remedial, resource room, industrial arts, 12 vocational agriculture, homemaking, business education, or other teachers not specially described.
I - RECOGNITION. Section 1 In regards to matters relating to terms and conditions of this agreement, the Ketchikan Gateway Borough School District Board of Education recognizes the Ketchikan Education Association as the exclusive representative of all permanent District paraprofessionals, cooks and custodians excluding, however, all substitutes, those employed on a temporary basis, and all supervisory employees.

Pursuant to the to the extent required by all applicable provisions of P.A. 379 of the Public Acts of Michigan 1965, as amended, the City does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the employees of the City included in the bargaining unit as described below: All regular, full-time patrol officers and corporals, excluding office clerical employees, police cadet trainees, sergeants, command officers, supervisors and all other employees employed by the City of Xxxxxx, Police Department. The term "he" or "his" shall refer to male and female employees whenever used in this Agreement.

The Leetonia Exempted Village School District Board of Education, hereinafter called the “Board”, hereby recognizes the Leetonia Education Association, and OEA/NEA affiliate, hereinafter called the “Union”/”Association” as the sole and exclusive representative for the purpose of Collective Bargaining as defined in Chapter 4117 of the Ohio Revised Code (O.R.C.).
