Hypothetical circumstances definition

Hypothetical circumstances means circumstances of fact framed in such a manner as to call for an opinion from the board based on a series of assumptions and not based on the known or alleged past or current conduct of a specific public official or employee that could be the basis of a complaint under MMC 2.52.040.

  • Special Circumstances means either or both of the following:
