Consent to any sublease or assignment shall be conditional upon Guest providing the following: Proof that the proposed sub-lessee/assignee is over twenty-five (25); and Contact and credit card information of proposed sub-lessee /assignee. Guest acknowledges and agrees that even if Owner consents to sublease/assignment, this Agreement shall continue to remain in effect and that Guest shall continue to remain liable hereunder Permitting unauthorized and/or over the maximum capacity guest(s) to occupy a unit penalty fee is $100 per person per day.
