Hurricane Warning means a warning by the National Hurricane Center of the National Weather Service that hurricane conditions are expected in any part of the State.

If Guest sublets or assigns any portion of the Premises or this Agreement without Owner’s prior consent, Guest shall be in breach of the Agreement, which shall be voidable at Owner’s option, and shall forfeit any and all fees already paid. Consent to any sublease or assignment shall be conditional upon Guest providing the following: Proof that the proposed sub-lessee/assignee is over twenty-five (25); and Contact and credit card information of proposed sub-lessee /assignee. Guest acknowledges and agrees that even if Owner consents to sublease/assignment, this Agreement shall continue to remain in effect and that Guest shall continue to remain liable hereunder Permitting unauthorized and/or over the maximum capacity guest(s) to occupy a unit penalty fee is $100 per person per day.
