Hurdle Rate definition

Hurdle Rate means the minimum annual rate of return over the Net Asset Value at launch, or the beginning of the relevant Performance Period, as applicable, that must be achieved before an Equalisation Performance Fee is applied (details of which are set out in the section headed “Unit Class Information” in the Supplement for the relevant Fund where applicable). This rate is accrued at each Valuation Point.
Hurdle Rate means the applicable percentage rate per annum displayed on NASDAQ OMX’s website for STIBOR fixing (or through another website replacing it) as of or around 11.00 a.m. on the second Business Day prior to last day of each relevant financial quarter for the offering of deposits in Swedish Kronor for a 3-month period, plus four (4) per cent per annum (calculated on the actual number of days elapsed on a 360 day/year basis).
Hurdle Rate means, with respect to any fiscal quarter, the greater of (i) 9% and (ii) 3% plus the Ten-Year U.S. Treasury Rate for such fiscal quarter.
