Houston Airport System or “HAS” means the City of Houston department responsible for the administration of the City’s three municipal airports: Xxxxxx X. Xxxx Intercontinental Airport (“IAH”), Xxxxxxx X. Hobby Airport (“HOU”), and Xxxxxxxxx (“EFD”).
