I agree that the submission is rather confusing and hard to follow. However, they appear to be arguing that we have capped the sale price of the unit to £63,712 in perpetuity, which I can accept would probably be unreasonable. However, from what I have read of the Legal Agreement this is statement made by the applications is incorrect, the £63k price cap is for the initial sale and any future sale of the property should be at 75% open market value at the time of sale.
