Examples of Housing facility in a sentence
Any property of the Licensee remaining in the Student Housing facility may be removed and stored by the University at the expense and risk of the Licensee and will be disposed of pursuant to the laws of the State of California as outlined in Title V, Section 42375, entitled Care, Restitution, Sale or Destruction of Lost Property, and Section 42376, entitled Proceeds of Sale.
A student under interim removal from University Housing may not reside in University Housing and may not enter any University Housing facility and/or adjacent areas of University Housing facilities.
Licensee shall make no alteration or addition to the University Housing facility, structure, and/or furnishings without the written permission of the University.
The Corporation has also entered into a 55-year lease agreement with the City for the Garvey Senior Housing facility at $72,000 annually, expiring November 2057.
