Hours of Availability definition

Hours of Availability means the times during the day and during the week in which the Transport Operators agree to apply the Concessions;
Hours of Availability means the hours (in EST), as set out in Schedule 4 of this Agreement, in which the Service Provider is required to be available on Business Days to provide Local Demand Response Service.

Examples of Hours of Availability in a sentence
