Hours in Paid Status. Hours in Paid Status" is defined to include all hours worked and time during which the employee is excused from work because of holidays, sick leave, vacation, compensatory time off, or other paid leave of absence. YARD DUTY/NOON TIME SUPERVISION: CSEA and the Xxxxxxxxx Unified School District agree that yard Duty and Noon Time Supervision will be determined by the Site Administrator based upon the needs of the particular school.
