Hotel Standards definition

Hotel Standards means the standards established by the respective Franchisors of the Hotels from time to time.
Hotel Standards means the operation of the Hotel in a manner consistent with (i) the requirements under the Franchise Agreement; (ii) the condition of the Hotel as of the Commencement Date (or, the condition of the Hotel as of the completion of the Renovation), normal wear and tear excepted; (iii) the condition and level of the operation of hotels of comparable class and standing to the Hotel in its market area; (iv) then current market conditions regarding rental rates and lease terms and conditions with respect to Hotels of comparable class and standing to the Hotel (including but not limited to the Competitive Set); and (v) then current business and management practices (including those related to compliance with Legal Requirements) applicable to the management, operation, leasing, maintenance and repair of a hotel comparable in size, character and location to the Hotel.
Hotel Standards means the standards set forth in Exhibit “B”. “Improvement Costs” means:

More Definitions of Hotel Standards

Hotel Standards means the standards set forth in Exhibit “N”. Independent License Agreement has the meaning ascribed in Section 12.4. Industry Standards has the meaning, collectively, ascribed in Section 12.2. Insurance Trustee has the meaning ascribed in Section 9.9(a).
Hotel Standards means that the Redeveloper shall operate the Hotel so that it meets the overall standards of at least a three-star lodging establishment, as defined by the Forbes Travel Guide, or of at least a three-diamond hotel, as defined by the AAA Diamond Ratings, or if those rating services are not in use, at an equivalent level used by an alternative nationally recognized hotel rating service.
Hotel Standards means the standards established by the respective Franchisor of the Hotel from time to time as well as those identified in Section 3.02. "Hotel" shall mean the hotel property described in Exhibit A hereto. "Incentive Fees" shall mean incentive compensation paid by Lessee to Operator for performance above budgeted expectations, achievable to a maximum aggregate payout of two percent (2%) of Gross Hotel Income. The following will trigger Incentive Fee payouts:
Hotel Standards means and refers to those standards for construction, maintenance, management, operation, equipping, furnishing and finishing that are from time to time established for the Hotel by the Hotel Manager.
Hotel Standards means the systems, standards and policies which apply to the Hotel and which the Hotel Operator is required to uphold and enforce in order to comply with its own or its licensor’s branding and operating standards, including, but not limited to, standards of upkeep and maintenance for all Common Elements and Shared Components. Provisions of this Declaration that impose or refer to the Hotel Standards may only be amended or modified with the prior, written consent of the Developer (for so long as the Developer is an Owner) and the Hotel Operator. Notwithstanding the foregoing, provisions of this Declaration that impose or refer to Hotel Standards may only be enforced by the Hotel Operator when operating pursuant to a franchise, license or other agreement with a hotel management or franchise company to operate the Hotel under a brand name or hotel “flag”. So long as the Hotel is in operation, a copy of the Hotel Standards will be maintained within the Hotel Unit.

  • Technical Standards means the technical standards set out in paragraph 2.5 of the Order Form;

  • National Standards means the document entitled “National Standards for the Volatile Organic Compound Content of Canadian Commercial/Industrial Surface Coating Products Automotive Refinishing, October 1998, PN 1288" and published by the Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment;

  • Safety Standards means all laws, union rules and trade or industry custom or codes of any kind whatsoever, in effect from the date of this Agreement through Final Acceptance of the construction work, pertaining to worker safety and accident prevention applicable to the Project and/or the construction work (including, but not limited to, rules, regulations and standards adopted pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended from time to time).

  • auditing standards means auditing standards as defined in National Instrument 52-107 Acceptable Accounting Principles and Auditing Standards;

  • Quality Standards means the quality standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable or equivalent body, (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Contractor would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with, and as may be further detailed in the Specification.

  • Environmental Standards means regulations or certification specifications governing the certification of designs with regard to noise characteristics and exhaust emissions of civil aeronautical products and appliances.

  • Codes and Standards means all the applicable codes and standards as indicated in the Technical Specification.

  • Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards means those certain technical requirements and standards applicable to interconnections of generation and/or transmission facilities with the facilities of an Interconnected Transmission Owner or, as the case may be and to the extent applicable, of an Electric Distributor, as published by Transmission Provider in a PJM Manual provided, however, that, with respect to any generation facilities with maximum generating capacity of 2 MW or less (synchronous) or 5 MW or less (inverter-based) for which the Interconnection Customer executes a Construction Service Agreement or Interconnection Service Agreement on or after March 19, 2005, “Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards” shall refer to the “PJM Small Generator Interconnection Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.” All Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards shall be publicly available through postings on Transmission Provider’s internet website.

  • Accessibility Standards means accessibility standards and specifications for Texas agency and institution of higher education websites and EIR set forth in 1 TAC Chapter 206 and/or Chapter 213.
