Hotel Standard definition

Hotel Standard means both the operational standards (for example, staffing, amenities offered to guests, advertising, etc.) and the physical standards (for example, the quality, condition and utility of the Fixtures and Leased Personal Property, etc.) such that the Hotel and all of its facilities and activities are operated in the same manner as is customary and usual in the operating of a first class hotel, and, in any event, such that will provided such facilities and services at the Hotel as are normally provided by operators of hotels of comparable class and standing consistent with the Hotel's facilities.
Hotel Standard means the standard and level of quality at which Manager or its Affiliates have provided the Management Services with respect to the Hotel, and at which similar services have been provided with respect to other properties operated or managed by Manager or its Affiliates, during the Lookback Period.

  • City shall select and contract with a Hotel consultant, whose fees shall be paid by Developer, to evaluate the components of the Final Hotel Standard Proposal and provide a finding as to whether the proposed Hotel components meet or exceed the standard of quality identified above.

Hotel Standard means the standards imposed by Owner or by and Franchisor on its licensees by that section of its standard franchise agreement outlining franchisee's responsibilities.
Hotel Standard means a first-class, but not deluxe, standard of operation, construction and maintenance, including the quality of construction and of the furniture, equipment and finishes. The Hotel Nikko, The Palace, The Fairmont, the St. Xxxxxxx and the Ritz Carlton are examples of deluxe hotels in San Francisco as of the Commencement Date. The Tuscan Inn, the Galleria Park Hotel and the Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Hotel are examples of hotels operating at the Hotel Standard as of the Commencement Date. During the Term, hotels meeting the Hotel Standard will be those operating at a standard similar to the aforementioned properties and as first-class, but not deluxe, hotels in the City of San Francisco, California. The retail space within the Alexis Hotel building in Seattle, Washington, is an example of retail space operating at the Hotel Standard as of the Commencement Date.

Hotel Standard. As to the Hotel and associated restaurant, a first-class, but not deluxe, standard of operation and construction, as such standard may evolve over the Term, and in any event at least equivalent to the standard exemplified by the Hotel Monaco, San Francisco and Scala’s Restaurant, San Francisco, as of the date hereof, both of which are owned or operated by Tenant’s Affiliates.

  • Technical standard means a document that specifies design, predicted performance and operation and maintenance specifications for a material, device or method.

  • California Renewables Portfolio Standard means the renewable energy program and policies established by California State Senate Bills 1038 and 1078 as amended by Senate Bill SB1X, and codified in California Public Utilities Code Sections 399.11 through 399.31 and California Public Resources Code Sections 25740 through 25751, as such provisions are amended or supplemented from time to time.
