Hotel Property definition

Hotel Property for any hotel means the Real Property and the Personal Property for such hotel.
Hotel Property means a Property on which there is located an operating hotel.
Hotel Property means a Portfolio Property that is (i) operated by or on behalf of one or more Subsidiaries of the Company as a hotel and (ii) designated as a “Hotel Property” in a written notice executed by a Responsible Officer of the REIT and delivered to the holders.

More Definitions of Hotel Property

Hotel Property means any Property that is used in whole or in part for hotel purposes, including, without limitation, any motels, motor inns, or hotels and the like (full service, select service, extended stay or otherwise), whether in fee or leasehold, together with any improvements and fixtures now or hereafter located thereon, all rights, privileges and easements appurtenant thereto, and all tangible and intangible personal property used in connection therewith.
Hotel Property means each Hotel owned or leased by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries (including the furniture, fixture and equipment thereon).
Hotel Property means a qualified hotel and any property that is included in the
