Hotel Personnel definition

Hotel Personnel means all individuals performing services at the Hotel employed by Manager or an Affiliate of Manager.
Hotel Personnel means all individuals performing services in the name of the Hotel at the Hotel, or in connection with the Hotel’s business, whether employees of Owner or its Affiliates or the Strata Corporation, but in any event, excluding (i) the corporate personnel of Operator, and (ii) personnel of the Strata Corporation performing activities related to the administration of the Strata Corporation as opposed to the Common Property that makes part of the Hotel.
Hotel Personnel shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a).

  • Manager shall determine and implement all personnel policies and practices relating to the Hotel, including the following: (i) policies and practices relating to terms and conditions of employment, screening, selection, training, supervision, compensation, bonuses, severance, pension plans and other employee benefits, discipline, dismissal, and replacement; and (ii) policies and practices relating to the exercise by any Hotel Personnel of rights under any applicable labor laws in relation to the Hotel.

  • Manager shall ensure that the number of Hotel Personnel is sufficient to operate the Hotel in accordance with the Operating Standard.

  • A strategy was devised for distribution of funds, preliminary guidelines for the use of the funds, and monitoring of expenditures.

  • The terms of employment, including hiring, training, compensation, bonuses, employee benefits, discharge, and replacement of all Hotel Personnel, shall be established and administered by Manager consistent with the applicable provisions of the applicable Approved Operating Plan and Budget.

  • All neutrality or other agreements with unions representing Hotel Personnel, including but not limited to pre- recognition access, shall be submitted to Owner for review and approval prior to Manager’s execution of any such agreement, without regard to the reasonableness of such approval.

More Definitions of Hotel Personnel

Hotel Personnel means all individuals performing services in the name of the Hotel at the Hotel, whether such individuals are employed by Hotel Manager or an affiliate of Hotel Manager, or by a contractor providing labor to the Hotel.
Hotel Personnel. All individuals performing services in the name of the Hotel at the Hotel, whether such individuals are employed by Operator or an Affiliate of Operator. Hotel Standard: The standards according to which the Hotel is to be operated, maintained, furnished, equipped and refurbished, which shall be (a) at least at a level of service and quality generally considered to be “first class” and equal to or better than the level of service and quality prevailing at the Hotel as of the date of this Agreement and (b) in a manner consistent with the requirements and limitations set forth in this Agreement.

Related to Hotel Personnel

  • Local Personnel means such professionals and support staff who at the time of being so provided had their domicile inside the Government’s country.

  • School personnel means professional employee or professional’s delegate of the school district who provides health, educational, social, psychological, law enforcement, or child care services.

  • Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under subparagraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:

  • Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Resident Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile inside India;

  • Purchaser Personnel means the Purchasers’, and each Purchaser’s Affiliates’, officers, directors (or their equivalent), employees, agents, and contractors of any kind.

  • Expatriate Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile outside India;

  • Key Project Personnel means the persons named in Schedule I (Key Project Personnel) and any replacement(s) approved by the City in accordance with ARTICLE 7;

  • Company's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by OIL or OIL's Contractor (other than the Contractor executing the Contract). The Company representatives of OIL are also included in the Company's personnel.

  • Support personnel means the staffs that support the Key Personnel.

  • Key Personnel means those persons named in the Specification as being key personnel.

  • Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) means

  • Investment Personnel means: (a) Portfolio Managers and other Advisory Persons who provide investment information and/or advice to the Portfolio Manager(s) and/or help execute the Portfolio Manager's(s') investment decisions, including securities analysts and traders; (b) any natural person in a control relationship to the Fund who obtains information concerning recommendations made to the Fund with regard to the purchase or sale of a security; and (c) certain other individuals as designated by the Compliance Officer.
