Hotel Parcel definition

Hotel Parcel means the real property owned by PAALC located adjacent to the Club Parcel between Bigelow Boulevard and Lytton Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, bearing tax parcel identification number 27-R-ll0, and containing approximately 23,685 square feet of land

Hotel Parcel means (A) those certain parcels described in Exhibit A hereto, together with (B) all appurtenant rights , including, without limitation: (i) easements and rights-of-way, (ii) licenses and other privileges, (iii) rights in and to land underlying adjacent highways, streets and other public rights-of-way and rights of access thereto, (iv) rights in and to strips and gores of land within or adjoining any such parcel, (v) air rights, excess floor area rights and other transferable development rights belonging to or useable with respect to any such parcel, (vi) rights to utility connections and hook-ups, (vii) water rights, (viii) riparian rights, and (ix) any other rights which any of Seller may have in or with respect to land adjoining any such parcel (including land which is separated from any such parcel only by public highway, street or other right-of-way).

Hotel Parcel means that Parcel which contains or will contain, the Hotel Building.

Examples of Hotel Parcel in a sentence

• Hotel Developer joins in the Master Parking Agreement with respect to the Hotel Parcel and assumes the obligations of Master Developer under the Master Parking Agreement with respect to the Hotel Parcel.

• Master Developer allocates to Hotel Developer, for the benefit of the Hotel Parcel, 280 Dedicated Parking Spaces in the Hotel Deck as depicted on Exhibit B hereto.

• The provisions of the Master Parking Agreement, to the extent applicable to the Hotel Parcel, are incorporated herein by reference; provided, however, that notwithstanding Section 4.1(c) of the Master Parking Agreement to the contrary, Hotel Developer’s share of Operating Expenses, if any, for the Hotel Deck is set forth in the Hotel Deck Parking Agreement.

• Thereafter, there shall only be renewal of this Agreement with the consent of the City, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, so long as the Hotel Deck is still in use for parking for the Hotel Parcel.

Hotel Parcel means the parcel(s) of land described in Exhibit A hereto, and all of Seller’s rights and interests in land and improvements appurtenant thereto, including, without limitation: (i) easements and rights-of-way, (ii) licenses and other privileges, (iii) rights in and to land underlying adjacent highways, streets and other public rights-of-way and rights of access thereto, (iv) rights in and to strips and gores of land within or adjoining any such parcel, (v) air rights, excess floor area rights and other transferable development rights belonging to or useable with respect to any such parcel, (vi) rights to utility connections and hook-ups, (vii) water rights, (viii) riparian rights, and (ix) any other rights which Seller may have in or with respect to land adjoining any such parcel (including land which is separated from any such parcel only by public highway, street or other right-of-way).

Hotel Parcel. “Hotel Parcel” means (1) that certain parcel of land located at 0000 Xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx 00000 and more particularly described in Exhibit A hereto, together with (2) all appurtenant rights (including, without limitation, rights in and to adjoining streets, rights-of-way and strips and gores, water and riparian rights, rights to light and air and easements).

Hotel Parcel. “Hotel Parcel” means Seller’s subleasehold interest in (1) those certain parcels described in Exhibit A hereto, together with (2) all appurtenant rights (including, without limitation, rights in and to adjoining streets, rights-of-way and strips and gores, water and riparian rights, rights to light and air and easements).

Hotel Parcel. As defined in the Recitals hereto.

Hotel Parcel means the parcel so designated on the Site Plan. The Hotel Parcel is a Private Development Parcel.
