Hotel Ground Lease has the meaning specified in the Recitals.
Hotel Ground Lease means that certain Hotel Ground Lease for Convention Center Hotel Parcel, dated as of May 27, 2004, between Ground Lessor and Seller, together with all amendments and supplements thereto.
Hotel Ground Lease shall have the meaning set forth in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

Each of the Developer and the Port District shall be entitled to an extension of the date of the performance of any obligation required of such Party under this Agreement upon the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event as and to the extent set forth in this Section 5.5. For the avoidance of doubt, the Hotel Ground Lease shall control as to a Force Majeure Event with respect to the Resort Hotel and Parking Improvements.

Hotel Ground Lease means that certain ground lease, dated as of the date hereof, by and between Declarant, as landlord, and RIDA, as tenant, as the same may be amended, restated, extended, supplemented or modified from time to time, and as the same may be replaced by a substitute lease with Hotel Tenant of all or substantially of the Hotel Parcel as permitted under the Hotel Ground Lease (including, without limitation, any New Lease under and as defined in the Hotel Ground Lease).
Hotel Ground Lease means that certain Opryland Hotel - Florida Ground Lease, dated as of March 3, 1999, by and between Xentury City, as landlord and Co-Borrower, as tenant, a memorandum of which was recorded on March 23, 2000 in Book 1717, Page 796 of the Official Records, as the same may have been or hereinafter may be amended, modified, substituted or replaced.
Hotel Ground Lease means a lease substantially in the form of Exhibit “G-3”, as same may be modified by Developer in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Hotel Ground Lease means that certain Eighth Amended and Restated Hotel Lease Agreement dated as of the date hereof, between CSDC Ground Lessor and the Company, together with all amendments, assignments, supplements and modifications thereto including, without limitation, the rights of CSDC Ground Lessor under the Air Rights Lease and the Xxxxxx Lease.
Hotel Ground Lease means that certain Lease Agreement dated ------------------ July 1, 1978 by and between Franklin Town Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation and the Ground Lessee, as assigned to the Fee Owner pursuant to that certain Assignment of Lease dated March 10, 1988 by and between Franklin Town Corporation and the Fee Owner, as modified by that certain First Amendment to Lease Agreement dated March 10, 1988 between the Fee Owner and the Ground Lessee.
