Hotel Facility definition

Hotel Facility means the term loan facilities provided pursuant to the Hotel Facility Agreement.

  • Lender confirms and agrees that the policies of insurance owned by or issued to the Operating Lessee in respect of any Hotel Facility shall be sufficient for the purposes of this representation provided that the same comply with the terms of the Operating Lease relating thereto.
