Hotel Facility definition

Hotel Facility means the term loan facilities provided pursuant to the Hotel Facility Agreement.
Hotel Facility means, subject to the provisions of Section 3.2 hereof, each of (a) the Initial Hotels, and (b) the Approved Hotel Facilities acquired by the Borrower using the proceeds of a Loan or Loans made by the Lender hereunder.
Hotel Facility means the certain hotel building to be constructed on the Project Site and their ancillary facilities (save for casinos).
