Hosting Facility definition

Hosting Facility means its third party hosting facility used by gomo or its Affiliates hosting gomo learning and the Portal, currently with Amazon Web Services in Dublin, Ireland, as may be changed from time to time by gomo in accordance with this Agreement.

Hosting Facility means the facility and equipment used to host the Licensed Software and through which the Services are provided.
