Hosting Environment definition

Hosting Environment means Logicalis’ application hosting environment for the delivery of Services, consisting of, but not limited to, network, storage and server devices, software programs, applications network management devices, and other items specified in any Statement of Work.
Hosting Environment means the data center and related infrastructure encompassing the Software and System as a whole maintained by Ventiv, including the data loading servers and application reporting servers as well as the system servers.
Hosting Environment means the hardware, software, networks, and peripherals used by Jitterbit or its third party hosting providers to host the Jitterbit Web Management Console and the relevant Jitterbit Applications.

More Definitions of Hosting Environment

Hosting Environment means, collectively, the Microsoft Azure Government platform, environment and conditions on, in or under which the Software is intended to be installed and operate, as set forth in the Statement of Work, including such structural, functional and other features, conditions and components as hardware, operating software and system architecture and configuration.
Hosting Environment means an FSP managed or server whether at a FSP facility or at the Customer location. If this MSA relates to more than one Internet Hosting Environment location, then the term “Hosting Environment” shall refer to each Hosting Environment individually and collectively.
