Hosted Software definition

Hosted Software means the software owned and controlled by Vendor or Vendor’s third-party contractor that supports the Hosted Software Services.
Hosted Software means Samsara’s web-based software platform, including the interface accessed online at cloud.samsara.com.
Hosted Software means those items listed as an Application in Exhibit A.

  • There are two types of Support Offerings for Customer Hosted Software licensed on a perpetual basis: Standard and Premier.

  • Customer Hosted Software licensed on a subscription basis includes Premier Support.

  • Your third-party host must have received prior approval from AI and be a registered “ARCHIBUS Third Party Hosted Software Services Provider”.

Hosted Software means Samsara’s cloud-hosted software platform, including the interface accessed online.
