Hosted Site definition

Hosted Site means the payment page provided by Capita for the purpose of capturing and processing Transactions.
Hosted Site. An internet-based website maintained by Noble for the purposes of delivering the Licensed Software to Client.
Hosted Site means the web sites, constituting the Lottery Engine with the Alladdin Materials, to be operated, maintained and hosted by Licensee in accordance with Section 4 and this Schedule C, to which the Alladdin URLs point;

  • Significant Problem (Priority 2) Involves functionality of Lottery Engine and/or Hosted Site, but does not preclude productive use of Lottery Engine and/or Hosted Site.

  • Minor Appearance or Functionality Changes (Priority 3) Does not preclude productive use of Lottery Engine and/or Hosted Site.

  • Critical Problem (Priority 1) Involves fundamental functionality of Lottery Engine and/or Hosted Site (as defined in Schedule C), precluding productive use of Lottery Engine and/or Hosted Site.

  • The Customer acknowledges that the Internet is an unreliable, unsecured, and error-prone network and agrees to hold i-on harmless for any interruptions in service to the Hosted Site or inability for users to reach or effectively use the Hosted Site that arises outside the scope of i-on's responsibilities as explicitly described in this Agreement.

  • The term of this Agreement for the Hosted Site shall commence upon April 1, 1999 and shall continue for a period of six (6) months, unless earlier terminated in accordance with provisions hereof.


More Definitions of Hosted Site

Hosted Site means the e-commerce web site designated by, and accessible via, the Designated URLs, generated by the Constant Retail Platform and hosted by Constant Retail in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Hosted Site means the Web site of the Customer that is hosted by i-on under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Related to Hosted Site

  • Hosted Software means the software owned and controlled by Vendor or Vendor’s third-party contractor that supports the Hosted Software Services.

  • Hosted Service means the provision of and access to the Vocera Care Transition Software and related services either at your site and/or via secure electronic access over the Internet provided to you by Vocera and/or its designee. Defined terms used in this XXXX, but not defined herein, are defined in the Supplemental Terms and Conditions in Attachment 3.

  • Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

  • Contaminated site means a site where there is a confirmed presence, caused by man, of hazardous substances of such a level that they pose a significant risk to human health or the environment taking into account current and approved future use of the land;

  • Licensed Site means a place in any authorised street at which street trading may be engaged in by a Licence Holder, and includes any temporary alternative place approved by the Council or a duly authorised Officer of the Council.

  • Data Site means an electronic password protected data site maintained by the Borrower (or by the Collateral Manager on behalf of Borrower) at Xxxxxxx Corporation, Intralinks, SyndTrak Online or any other similar electronic distribution system reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

  • On-site means the same or geographically contiguous property which may be divided by public or private right-of- way, provided the entrance and exit between the properties is at a cross-roads intersection, and access is by crossing as opposed to going along, the right-of-way. Non-contiguous properties owned by the same person but connected by a right-of-way which he controls and to which the public does not have access, is also considered on-site property.

  • Traffic lane or "lane" means that portion of a roadway designed or designated to accommodate the
