Examples of Hosted Application in a sentence
Pedigree reserves the right to charge for additional services requested by Client outside the scope of this Master Agreement and then existing OneView Contract Agreements, including but not limited to: development services; professional services; Hosted Application data recovery; on-site training; on-site hardware install, repair, servicing, or activation; invoicing to multiple sites; shipment expediting or shipping to multiple locations; or custom reporting.
The Client knowingly asserts that it has acquired, subject to the payment of the license fees, a Client Software License to use the Hosted Applications from the Hosted Application Proprietors and that the hosting of such Hosted Applications by NeoSystems does not violate that Client Software License.
Technical Support does not include professional services for implementation, configuration, integration or customization of a Hosted Application or custom software development, training or assistance with administrative functions.
In addition, Pedigree may also suspend Client’s access to the Hosted Application and Communication Network, with five (5) days written notice, and/or suspend any Hardware shipments if Client has not made payment in full by the Due Date.
